Return and Exchange Policy
We want every RESÈT product to bring you joy from the very first moment. If something isn’t quite right — we’re here to help.
If you received a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, you have the right to, within 14 calendar days of receiving it:
- Exchange the item for the same product in perfect condition.
- Return the item for a full refund.
- Request a price reduction or arrange for the issue to be fixed.
Simply email us at info@resethomecare.com:
- Include your order number.
- Describe the issue.
- If possible, attach a photo of the item.
Our team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.
- If you are returning a product for personal reasons (not related to quality), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- If you are returning a faulty or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused cleaning products and tea towels unless the item is faulty.
