If you received a product of unsatisfactory quality (damaged, defective or not as described), you have the right, within 14 calendar days of receipt, to:

• Exchange it for the same product in good condition.
• Return it and get your money back.
  

Get a price reduction or agree on having the defect fixed.

You can return purchased products without giving any reason (e.g. you didn't like it, it didn't work for you) within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If products are returned for reasons other than unsatisfactory quality (damaged, defective or not as described), the buyer pays the shipping costs.

Once we receive the products, we will start the refund, which can take up to 14 days.
